ABOUT

I’m a Christian coach and mentor who guides people to realise their God-given potential, through my own personal experience.

Honest :

My mentors have taught me not to beat around the bush or sugar coat the truth. I spent much of my life as a people pleaser. My approach is very unique in the fact that I am not a Life Coach who hype you up and all is perfect, my approach is based on timeless principles and loving accountability.

Faith-Centred :

As a Christian man, I believe that I am not a ‘miracle worker’ or a ‘saint’. God is the only one who can truly heal and change us. I work with Christians and non Christians but where appropriate, I ask for the Holy Spirit to guide us in all of my sessions through scripture and prayer so we can apply it.

Accountability :

There will be hard truths to accept, but I will help you to overcome them too by setting regular goals and holding you accountable to building better habits. Your growth as a person in Christ is my main priority. Making people feel confident in themselves and enjoy their life is what I aim for.

On average my sessions are $90-$100 per hour. I am flexible depending on circumstances so contact me if you’re looking for support.

MY JOURNEY

A human, personal and caring approach to helping you achieve your life, relationship, career and business goals. No quick-fixes. Just straight-talking, honest advice and practical accountability. I am originally from the UK and have been helping people for 15 years across the US and UK, often out of toxic families.

My father walked out when I was 7 and I grew up in a single parent family. From a young age, I had to learn to survive and support my family so this isn’t just a profession for me, this is a calling. I’ve been involved in building 4 businesses and became a Christian 4 years ago. My faith has helped my own healing journey and I serve Christians and non-Christians.

I base my life, career and business coaching on the principles based on Stephen Covey’s acclaimed 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Ultimately, these are biblical principles. I have two mentor and supported by a community. I am in therapy myself as anyone helping others should be working on themselves also. You can only take others as far as you have been.

Counselling

Talking to someone can help you feel better. If something from before makes you upset or scared, counselling can help a lot. It’s like having a guide who talks and helps you understand things in a new way.

Business Coaching

Drawing from my experience of four ventures, I can offer insights across various business aspects. Senior directors and managers wanting to improve on staff management, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness can benefit from my executive coaching.

Career Coaching

Getting the job you really want can be tough. Maybe you want a different job or found the right one but can’t move up. I can help. We’ll use simple tricks to fix these problems. I’ve guided many others with similar goals.

Relationship Coaching

Often in relationships we can fight over the smallest arguments and they escalate quickly. I help couples learn to communicate better and resolve arguments. Often our childhood influences can affect our relationships and we can take that out on our partner.

Healing from Toxic Families

Sometimes, families can create a toxic environment. Leaving the family or healing your mind after leaving can be tough. I went through hard times in a toxic family. I found ways to feel better that others might not know about. Healing from this is very important.
